A regular garbage bag, laundry bag, or hamper works perfectly. One garbage bag is roughly 10 lbs of laundry. We'll weigh everything when it arrives and your final price is based on actual weight.
No. Your laundry is always washed separately in its own load. We never mix customers' clothes together. Your items are tagged and tracked throughout the entire process.
Absolutely. You can add notes when booking — cold wash only, hang dry certain items, unscented detergent, separate by color, and more. We keep your preferences on file for every future order.
Yes — we pre-treat visible stains as part of our standard service at no extra charge. For heavily soiled items or set-in stains, note it when booking and we'll give it extra attention. We can't guarantee every stain will come out, but we do our best.
Yes! Comforters, duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets are all welcome. Note them when booking so we can allocate the right equipment. Comforters typically weigh 6–10 lbs each.
